At lunchtime you can come and enjoy a quick meal next to the pool or make the most of our all-you-can-eat buffet every Wednesday and Sunday lunchtime. In the evening, enjoy a meal in our restaurant with its panoramic view and terrace that overlooks the sea and pool. Indulge in a gastronomic evening with the gourmet pleasures menu or select the the discovery menu or the daily specials menu with 4 dishes to choose from (full or half board menu) to enjoy meals that are fresh and bursting with Mediterranean flavours.
Passionate, a member of the Toques Blanches du Roussillon and a disciple of Escoffier, the chef likes to perfect his art and work his products as precisely as possible, taking care of his preparations as much as his presentation and favoring local products and artisans in order to give his cuisine an authentic and Mediterranean identity. He also allows himself a few nods to his Franc-Comtois origins (morels and Jura wine sometimes appear on the Lido menu!), a discreet tribute to his inspiration and his gourmet journey.
