In a warm seaside atmosphere, enjoy a large all-you-can-eat buffet featuring duck breast cooked over an open fire, stuffed suckling pig, seafood, Catalan charcuterie, salmon en croûte, a variety of salads, refined verrines, Bellevue fish, mussels au gratin... and finish with a surprise dessert accompanied by a macaron and a rousquille, while enjoying the Paradis Cabaret Music Hall revue.

Passionate, a member of the Toques Blanches du Roussillon and a disciple of Escoffier, the chef likes to perfect his art and work his products as precisely as possible, taking care of his preparations as much as his presentation and favoring local products and artisans in order to give his cuisine an authentic and Mediterranean identity. He also allows himself a few nods to his Franc-Comtois origins (morels and Jura wine sometimes appear on the Lido menu!), a discreet tribute to his inspiration and his gourmet journey.
